weight training doesnt stunt growth, reaserch it, they've proven that it doesnt stunt growth, what does stunt growth is lack of nutrition. But to answer your question dont worry lifting weight doesnt stunt your growth its SCIENTIFICLY PROVEN 🙂

You can't just burn fat in one area, you burn fat throughout your entire body. The best to do would be to do cardio, build muscle, and eat protein. So you can burn that fat faster. 🙂

I like the innovations he does with the bicep exercises. The one with the couch definitely will push you to your limits by the 10th rep. And some of these exercises I would recommend adding weights too like the russian twist. Thanks again Scott.
