Thanks so much Heather. Love all your workouts i have tried out so far. This is slightly longer than my usual half hour or 20 minutes…the fast paced music kept me going till the end!

Why I liked this routine…
1. Simple movements so you can focus on proper form.
2. 40 secs of work, 20 secs rest
3. Total time: 40 mins

Don't get me wrong, I did sweat like crazy and the heart was pumped, so overall – for me – I loved this workout.

I honestly didn't like cardio very much, so I decided to do weights because I felt a bit fatigued
and wow! I felt really good after I finished the workout, it didn't even feel like 40 minutes
Thank you very much! I think I found my favorite exercise
