This is a total body STRENGTH TRAINING workout which can you do anywhere! The goal is to complete all 4 circuits in the shortest time possible.
Exercises:
1) Prisoner Squats
2) Wide to Narrow Pushups
3) Forward to Back Lunge (right)
4) Forward to Back Lunge (left)
5) Tip Toe Sumo Squats
6) Superman to Plank
7) Cross Plank
8) Knee Tucks
Total Time: 20 – 25 minutes
Sequence: 4 Circuits
Repetitions:
Set 1 – 20reps
Set 2 – 15reps
Set 3 – 10reps
Set 4 – 5reps
To progress:
– Choose the advance option.
– Complete the workout in the shortest time possible, try to take shorter breaks in between,
– Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.

My god I'm not very good at these. But I'm taking it slowly.
Its necessary to do warm up before this workout
this is the video i did for my first day of working out (yesterday evening). could only go a little past half way, even with many many… many.. breaks, before i realized my legs werent able to keep me standing up. i just got to school 🙂 i cant bend my knees to walk bcs i dont have the strength to bring forward the other leg so they shake and i involuntarily get in the process of kneeling down. im gonna call my mom to pick me up bye
7 minutes in and I felt like passing away 😭 I'm hoping I get stronger as I keep trying everyday

i never work out before. is it ok if i do it as my first time back to work out?
I really want to do strength training but I don't have access to a gym. So this can be a great alternative right? even without weights?? I've been exercising for over a year now with only cardio and HIIT exercises, but I'm really frustrated that I can't do more than 3 push-ups without using a resistance band in my arms to support them. I've been told that I have weak shoulders but I can easily lift myself in 1 hand planks but can't even do a full on push-up 🤦🏻♀️

Is it good with gaining weight and muscles? I want to, but some comments are suggesting not to take breaks so that the body will loose weight more than with doing cardio.

I am a total beginner and it's my first day.It was hard but taking 2 minutes break and drinking alot of water in between helped me.I am hella happy cause I saw alot of comments saying it's going to be really hard do it but still i made it so far (I AM STRONG) *smile in red hot sweaty body
