Man I love you guys. I lost about 20 pounds and completely transform my body after highschool with you guys. Now 10 years later after having a baby I am losing and getting strong with you guys all over again. I always recomend this channel to my friends and family.

I’m going to keep a log here of my progress:
Day 1 – Just finished the first workout. I wasn’t dying at the end, so maybe I was doing something wrong? I’m not sure, but in any case it was a good workout. Currently about 60 pounds overweight, hope to see that change.
