Loved this workout…It was a great start to my day when my husband said wow u look noticeably reduced and whatever u r doing add another 25 pct of it….so tats wat I did today added a 10 minute quick hitt of Amy’s and this workout what a combination…I love how I feel today…Thank u Amy❤❤
