I have been doing landmine exercises using a corner of my squat rack. I just stick a towel there and stick the end of my standard barbell there. I had thought about getting a landmine attachment. But for now the corner and towel method works great.

Dear trainer do you recommend this workout for women in the 40 years and mother's with a cesárea surgery… Mine if near 5 year ago… I want other baby and I want to be in shape to get back to it after give birth.. the body has memory…
