Get The Most Killer Home Workout:
There’s nothing like a home workout to challenge you to reach a whole new level of fitness development. Home workouts demand that you learn how to use your bodyweight only to achieve results that are normally only provided with a traditional gym workout.
That said, we here at AthLEAN-X realize that not everybody has a chance to work out at a gym, and most prefer to do so with very little equipment in the comfort of their own home. That’s what AthLEAN-X is all about. Providing the guy or gal that wants to workout with an option for a home workout or a gym workout to get the job done.
For this home workout challenge, you will use nothing but your own bodyweight, a single pair of dumbbells, and a very small area. You will do as many reps of each of 10 different home workout bodyweight exercises as you can in 1 minute apiece. You simply add up the total number of reps that you get for each of the exercises in this home workout and get your total score.

Hi guys and gals, I have a little warning for some of you that aren't in the best shape and you're considering doing this challenge. Be sure to warm up before doing this and don't overdo it with the speed. I've messed up my back so bad while doing the sprinter lunges that I actually had to be be taken to the hospital by ambulance (something snapped :)). It's been more than a week and I still can barely walk. Just a friendly reminder.

Just did it. 273 reps. I find it hard to figure out how it is possible to do an average of 41 reps of this. Jeff is beast.

Does any have arthritis in the wrist? I'm working working out with this and it's a pain. I'm using the brace. I'm just wondering if there is a better brace?

I’m going to do it again at the end of a 5 week training session to test the trainer (without him knowing), lol. Depending on how this goes though, I think I’ll try Jeff afterward.
176 with 25 lb Dumbbells. Great Workout!!!! I saved this for the last piece of my workout regimen. It definitely got a sweat and breath going for sure!!!
