When we were all lock-down during the start of COVID-19, I started exercising and by the grace of God I kept at it. I am able to do some of your work outs although some I dear not try at my age. Your insignia puts me in mind of an electrical grid for so you are electrifying with the energy you demonstrate in your videos. Thank you for all you do and may God continue to bless you.
