loved this workout!! the layout of the rounds is so good I nearly had a break after the second round but I'm so glad I pushed through because I felt amazing finishing round 3! did this workout and yesterday's toning one I'm not looking forward to waking up tomorrow every muscle in my body is gonna be sore 😂 its worth it tho 💪🏻💗✨

I was lucky enough to have found Lucy several Mtgs ago. We are the same age-47. One of the many things I dig about this Wk out and her others is the option at any moment to do the easier or advanced exercise. It's a terrific format that works and I am seeing results!😍👍🏻

What I love most about your style is that you never make me feel as is I were second rate just because I cannot jump (jumping jacks & Co. are strictly out of question) . Besides, you always make me work so hard with the low impact versions! Thanks for your dedication and love!

Hi Lucy! I adore your workouts and have been with you since January. I think the service you provide to those of us with limited time and money to invest in our fitness is invaluable. However, this is the first workout I've followed of yours that has an advert before the workouts finished? It completely threw me. I understand you need to bring in revenue, as well you should, but I'm hoping this won't be a reoccurence 😔💜

great workout, I did day 2 & 3 together due to having a weird shift pattern so not able to do an exercise video every day

I'm really excited to have discovered this challenge! I love the length of each workout – they're short enough for me to do in the morning, which basically inspires me to do my best all day long. I love Lucy's encouraging attitude. I also appreciate that she has modifications, because I'm 66 and have arthritis in my knees, which prevents me from doing squats and lunges. I'm excited to see what Day 4 – 28 bring! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
