Love this one. Perfect for when I don’t have time for a long workout or for when I’m just not “feelin it” but know that I should workout anyway. This is my go to workout on those days.

For some reason this session knocked me out (not literally!) HR got up to 160bpm (high for me). No cooldown? (my fave bit). Loved it all the same though 🙂 Thanks Heather!!

I'm 63 this was a great workout. I've been doing many of your workouts, some moves I don't enjoy so I incorporate TRX. Keep up the good work. Really enjoy that there's no talking during workout.
