This was an awesome workout!!!
simple, but great workout routine for beginners & mid-level. Â Even for the advanced, these will work if done 20~30 reps without rest between sets.

I did it after "Push Yourself Harder" workout, after doing push-ups for
45 seconds twice… and I prayed for no push-ups. And what's the first
exercise? Push-ups! I thought I was going to die!
