Wow i am really impressed cause i can only do push ups on knees
Loved this so pleased with my self I could do the plank on the ball my core keeps getting stronger but I do practice yoga every day loved this could you do a leg routine like this but not focusing on quads as that's the part of my legs i am not comfortable with and don't want them bigger if that makes sense

I didn't think I was going to need another shower today, yup I do. I was just looking and decided to try, it's not hard, but it certainly will drench you with sweat. Love it, the sweat seshes. Thank you
Had to modify the last push-ups and plank and do it with the ball. Other than that great arm workout 💪
What can I use instead of the ball? On floor I can't go lower.
