That's not an Arnold press though. You should rotate the arms while moving up and down, in a fluid movement.

The perfect video for me, I've been wanting to actually work on my shoulders properly for years and this is the year I've decided to crack on with it so I'm really glad you've put this tutorial out. That final behind the leg excercise, that's going to be the one for me I think, really useful, not seen it before. And for whatever reason your instructions seem to have stuck as well, I don't know what it is about other youtubers but it always seems to be the case, no matter how many times I watch the excercise performed, I forget the movements instantly, but with this video, it's stuck, a miracle!!

I’m fairly new to this and was wondering if this routine alone would be enough to build my shoulders? Also how many sets should I do and is it possible to do the lateral cuff raise and the deadlift raise using resistance bands? I don’t have a gym and only train at home.

The Arnold press is so stupid. The "roll" does fuck all. Almost as bad as doing standing external rotations with a dumbbell. Also you're not pressing in the scapula plane = shoulder issues for most at some point.
