alternate lifts for squat, deadlift, military press and bench or alternate versions. to lift heavy to build strength. also i have problems with my right shoulder an old injury, so when i push press its doesn't hurt but at heavier weights it gets uncomfortable, any tips for rehab. considering going to a physio to have it looked at.
Lex, do the gyms in the UK use pounds or kilos? It seems like a lot of the gyms you have gone to have 45lb plates, but I can't tell lol

Just found your channel, and digging it so far. Thanks for the suggestions. I get muscle spasms in my lower/middle back that can knock me out of lifting for weeks, and they happen pretty easily with standard squats and deadlifts (which sucks). I believe I'll try some goblet squats and rack pulls and see if they help.
Could you do something for those of us who have weak lower backs – ostio / doc and scans point to an "weak lower back , imbalance between front and rear core ? I'm lost without we're to start but an determined to fix it . Keep it up you've help slot of us over the years – appreciate it
