I am 14 right now, a frshman. I plan to start dieting and lose fat in my colege because now is the time when're I eat everything and lose it when I get older. But now I am still eating healthy. In the morning I eat yogurt, penut butter, and apples. After working out I eat apples and protein shake. Like this if you do the same

that girl is so cute lol i agree with all the above mentioned especially moving and lifting weights. To add in some of my fav ways on top of all of those would be to drink more water, take the stairs, bike or walk to work or around work during a break ( goes a long with moving lol), track your calories ( perspective is important)

Video Games always help me to distract myself when get hungry for some sweets. Movies/TV on the other hand have the opposite effect.

I'm 66 yrs. old. I have a pain in the rearend metabolism. VERY RESISTANT after years of dieting! I live in Las Vegas. It gets too hot to walk outside in the summer…makes me physically ill. I gained 50 lbs. this past summer! 😢 A friend of mine gave me a really nice Treadmill and I bought some dumbells. I started out with 2 lbs., now 3 lbs. I walk on the Treadmill 3x a week @ 1/2 to 1 mile a day. I do not eat breakfast, I eat more healthy fats and butter, more protein, less carbs- but eat healthy carbs. I started working out which kicked in my metabolism. I HATE EXERCISE! But I've lost 10 solid lbs. since the end of November. It is December 9th. My family really tries to sabotage me. I live with my older sister, who is 300 lbs.! She has more negative excuses for why she can't lose weight while she stuffs her face with sugary cakes, doughnuts, pastries, bad carbs. Yesterday she ate a cup of yogurt and said she lost a miraculous 10 lbs. too! WOW! What world does she live in? She is mad at me for trying to take care of myself. What a dweeb! Lol All my family ever wants to do is go out to eat. It's a very hard, emotionally draining battle for me, but I feel better each day and my clothes are loosening up! Fight the Fat! I can't tell you how much your videos are saving the health and quality of life for this Great-Grandma!💝💝💝
