I saw someone else leaving a comment about injury and I am actually interested in that too. Especially when it comes to the whole symmetry issue. I have a permanent injury in my foot, I've had an operation, but the surgeon made a point of telling me that my foot would never be as flexible as it used to be. So I can just about bend my knee to the tip of my toes on one foot, which obviously severely limits my range of motion (squats are no longer an option for me). So: is it better to limit the range of motion in the whole body and thus achieve better symmetry (but having a s*** range of motion overall), or is there a better way to keep up with your fitness goals even with a handicap? Also, I'm slightly hating on you for having such a spectacular view from your garden!!!

beautiful view where you live. can you do a video on how to balance strength on lifts for symmetry. i.e lat strength. 1 lat taking most of the weight. isolation exercises basically.

that slug skit was hilarious. i use my phone constantly in the gym using my workout app that tracks everything i do so it seems like i'm just staring at it all the time when really i'm just keeping track of my weights and reps and setting timers for tests

Have a decent training partner and you won't have any of these problems and you won't need the music as you should both be in the zone working with each other. Grunts and shouting at each other to bust out those last reps is the only sound track I need.

The first one happens for everybody at some point, would hardly call it a mistake.
The second, hell yea alot of people dont take a custom play list with them.
The third. That is just your form and you should get it tight.
The fourth. Yea the more you stretching the more you risk damaging yourself and it wont give more gains moving outside of natural movement patterns.
The fitfth. Is simple stop using the phone for anything else other than listen to music to amp you up
