I remember Mike Ashley would make a point in every interview of claiming he was drug free, whereas Lee Haney would do his best to dodge the question. Lee Haney did a tour of Australia in the late 80's and on a popular talk show was asked if he took steroids, his answer was "no I take amino acids", as if the two protocols were comparable.
Jeff willet might have been natural its hard to say but he was very shredded but not to big it was an illusion my father saw him years ago and said he was not very big so he might be the only real natural

See the thing is though..Haney never said "I'm lifetime natural" but when questioned about being on steroids he always said "Lee Haney didn't come out of a bottle".etc But uh..he didn't look his normal self in 90. He put it off to overtraining w/ Evander Holyfield and being "too busy", but he looked really off that year..IMO worse compared to his previous self than Arnold did in 80. OK–so he "never" used juice, but I just have a hard time believing the whole "never" idea.

It is completely scientifically impossible for the body to get to such stages naturally! IMPOSSIBLE! ok some guys might be BIG but that freaky muscle and shredded look combined cannot be done naturally, anyone saying they are natural that looks like these guys is lying end of story
How many times have athletes tested negative throughout careers then been found out.
People don't understand how important genetic is in bodybulding, there are nature freaks like Mike o hearn and kali muscle, or even aesthetics like Jeff seid, Simeon panda and Ulises Jr, all naturals, steroids free, just genetics

Lee Haney is one of my all-time favorite bodybuilders. That being said, There is no way he was a true natural in my opinion. The other two guys had a better chance of being real naturals. The difference is in the sheer blown up look of the muscles. Naturals can be even bigger than a user and nearly appear smaller because they will always look flat compared to a user. They simply don't have comparable nitrogen retention.
Mike Ashley didn't win the Arnold by default. The results of the testing was supposed to be announced prior to the comp and anyone that failed would not be able to take the stage for the show. Shawn Ray should not have ever been able to be on stage that day.
jeff willet is possibly natural because with really great genetic and smart training and eating , it is achivable at least 1 on trillion and thats the stats lol
