Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. Diet plan from Agoge Diet contains delicious and nutritionally rich foods your body, brain and heart will love. It's definitely worth trying.

You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called Agoge Diet

Squats for legs
Leg raises for Abs
Dips for chest
Tricep excension for triceps
Barbell curl for biceps
Pull ups for back
And idk how Its called but the exercises for forearm with dumbells

I need something to build my calfs. I hit my legs twice a week and do small exercises every day and they stay scrawny.
Thanks very much, I'm not planning on committing any crimes, but at least I have some tips on exercises I can do in my cell, Just in case. I don't suppose the top Johnnie's in there will give me a proper look in on the gym facilities, so body weight exercises will really be useful. Sit ups, crunches, etc, might as well go for the 6 pack also.
Tee hee, main incentives for not committing crimes in my 20s, I didn't think the colour orange suited me. Main incentive in my 30s not to commit any crimes, I need to have gym equipment daily
