How were those circle pushups?
Mowing the lawn is a woman's job in my family. Either my mom or I do it. These workouts make me stronger for that. Thanks for the video!

There used to be no ads during workouts, now I get ads at least 3 times right in the middle of exercises. It’s very disturbing…
George is really in camouflage on his mat! And I like the fact that now you tell us to alternate the up up down downs, I always used to do it and wondered why you did not, but now you do 😉
Motivating ourselves to do the swimmers:-

whenever I do exercises on my stomach (supermans, swimmers, even the half cobra push-ups) I always get a blood rush to my head…anyone else experience this? :s

Does anyone have advice in stopping the tricep dips and reverse planks from hurting my wrists?

It’s week 3 for me and I can’t not say it any longer: every time Cassey says “lawn mower car” I lose my mind! 😂🤣😂
What I believe she’s talking about is called a riding mower. But it’s hilariously adorable to hear it being called a lawn mower car.
Loved this but hated that there were like 10 ads smack in the middle of the exercises. YouTube has gotten insane with the ads.

yes this was easier but why?? normally my arms are my weakest part of my body and i strugle so much at arms workout .. but up up down down wasn't easy and circle push ups either lol

Working on week 3 of the Summer Sculpt challenge, and really enjoying it. I've been pairing it with the super hero PIIT workouts. Two rounds of the PIIT and then one of the Summer Sculpt videos each day. Really great workouts!
I did this today for the first time. I thought the last one was "pear shooter" !
so annoyed with all the advertisement interruptions. I get that blogilates is popular but seriously, have the commercials at the beginning or end.
I always feel taller after this session. Thank you Cassey! It‘s a great program. ❤️
