thank you for talking through each exercise and explaining how your body should be positioned in order to recieve good form, that’s way more helpful than exercise vids that just jump into it with no explanation. it really helps people like me who are just starting to exercise get a better understanding on how to do an exercise❤️

This one killed! ♥️Love your booty workouts, so intense for a home workout. I don't go to a gym and only have up to 24lbs in weights and 4: med/hard resistance bands. Combine the little amount of things I have at home and your workouts… makes me sore every time‼️
