Did another lower body workout before this, and my brain is dead, so I think I did the same leg both sides? Dunno 😉 But, definitly not got brains for this today 😉 Listen to your body, and your brain!

This was the first time i did this workout and it left me sweating and out of breath! oh my gosh, I did not realize how weak my thighs are. Some of the excercises were hard for me because of my knees and not having alot of thigh muscle but fat. But i will continue doing this because it defintely made me feel the burn in my thighs. Now to go jog a mile! Thank you so much.

I don't work out often, but I'm thin. This workout was definitely doing something– I felt the burn! But it seemed impossible for me to do the toe touches… not because of pain, but I just for the life of me couldn't barely lift up my leg to meet my arm… 😖

One round of this is really quite enough for me. I do need to revisit more often though as these squats with the side exercise I find the most difficult to do. I'll also never get my leg up as high as you can!
