That was tough! I completed the entire 4 minute workout. It was intense. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the cool down stretches that you put at the end of your workouts. Today I especially needed the arm stretches. I plan to do more. I'm going to need it. 😅👍

Just got back from the gym and thought I would do a Lucy workout to because I'm really trying to get fit and it almost killed me 💪🏻 that 2nd move was a killer lol did kinda slack but after going to the gym I was practically dead haha proud of my effort tho
