Wow!! I am amazed at how much I can feel the workout my arms received in such a short amount of time. I definitely have problem arms in the tricep area!! Will this workout take care of the problem or should I do more of your arm workouts listed to the right? Also, can I do this every day or every other day?

A month later, still loving this workout. Still using 3lb weights and only doing two rounds…and it's still killing my arms! LOL! I am seeing definition finally! Love all your workouts! I use your videos and I run 3-4 times a week, swim/walk/bike ride on the off days. Thanks for keeping these workouts fresh and amazing…they WORK!

I didn't have light weights so I used plastic water bottles in each hand- still a killer, quick workout!
