I did your 7 minute lower body workout and thought I could do another workout. I clicked this and almost died! I need to work on my upper body strength. Lol 😆
This is one of those workout videos I keep coming back to over the years. I've been doing it since it came out, about 3 years ago. I was never able to hold the plank all the way through without taking a break, but today I DID IT for the first time!! I am so proud of myself for building enough strength to do that 🙂 Thank you Cassey for inspiring me always.

Dear Future Grass,
I feel like crying. I just did 28 mins of arms and cardio before this video. And now Cassey isn't giving me any breaks. It just, I feel like I disappoint myself when I can't do it all amazingly. I'm so tired and so hungry lol.
My mind is constantly telling me that I can't do it. That I'm not strong enough. And today it told me that Cassey can scream at me all she wants "YOU CAN DO IT! DON'T GIVE UP!" but she's probably talking to someone stronger. Someone who isn't me? She doesn't know me so her encouragement feels hollow. idk. This feels so sad but that's because I'm a little sad.
Like, I'm convinced that I can't do it, So I keep giving up more and more throughout each video. It hasn't always been this way. Idk what's going on.

i was slipping like crazy but still managed, I'm proud of myself!
Now I can do 3 minutes straight shoulder plank but still struggle while doing push-ups(good form) and oil riggers , that's how I'm different btw I'm working on my push-ups.
in the beginning i was an angel, but at the end…. more like a chicken trying to fly

I've got a heavy disbalance in my core (strong back muscles, weak stomach muscles) and although I made a lot of progress in that area (thank you, sit up mat!), I'm still not able to do planks for more than a few seconds before getting intense back pain (the unhealthy kind, not the one that feels like progress). It also makes me struggle with push ups because I can hardly keep my core straight. Do you (or anybody) have any suggestions for that problem?

I love that you are hyping us up so much. I did your workouts for the first time today and yea it was definitly freaking hard so i couldn't do everything and im so happy you said it was totally fine, but literally my arms are shaking while typing this omg, but it feels soo gooddd.

Aug 26,I feel so much shake , vibration ,pain, like I can't do it😅 in my triceps while doing oil riggers (push-ups ) and I'm still working on them coz 'push-ups' always fantasies me 🌸.

I am loving the oil riggers I am not at the level of doing pushups from a plank position but the oil riggers challenge me while still allowing me to actually push myself back up instead of getting stuck or not getting down all the way 🙂

Hello! Just finished Dec 2021 day 16. Been doing PIIT 2.0 workouts since about August, and it feels good to be back on your monthly calendar. I missed that inner thigh lunge feeling. And oil riggers! Angel arms! Prayer pulses?!
