I asked you guys what workouts you wanna do at home and a lot of you asked for weights. And because not everyone has dumbbells, I decided to get creative.
Why not wine bottles (or water bottles or soup cans etc)?! I tested this on TikTok and you guys LOVED it, so here it is: my first full length wine bottle arm workout!
Your biceps, triceps & shoulders are gonna be SHAKING once you’re done with this! You’ve got 10 moves, one minute on, 10 seconds off (don’t worry, there’s a timer).

I can't believe I managed to do it! You're so encouraging!! Thank you so much. I used my water bottles that were almost full and I was scared every second cause I thought I was going to drop one of them. Those were steel bottles and super heavy. I do feel sweaty and strong. And yeah my arms feel so light right now.

DAMN GIRL i'm literally shaking as I write this!!!! But I loved it soooo much!! It's the first time that I do a full arm workout without stopping and all because you are so cool and I don't want to give up because I feel like I'm going to disappoint you 😂😂😂😂 ily so much 😭
These workouts have saved me since I broke my foot in 2019, which turned out to be great practice for being stuck at home during a pandemic. I love the creative workouts (this is the first time I've not gotten bored with workouts), and I can see the progress I've made in my body, strength and endurance. And STILL, I cannot believe what a machine you are! #inspiration

I did most of the moves with 5 and 8lbs dumbbells. I did the L arm raise with 3s.. for some reason I can't manage them with a 5
Dear Future Grass, OMG! This was so hard! I only had 8 pound weights and 15 pound weights so I HAD to go with the 8pounders. Not at all easy! In fact, super hard! Especially after the 30 minute Extreme arms workout!

Biceps supinate aside from flex the arms. She pronates. Secondly the triceps extend the elbow. She did the triceps thingy with elbows isometrically. Pulse workouts are done after failure of full range of motion.
