Sculpt your arms and shoulders with this workout. It is low impact, suitable for beginners. The good news is, we won’t be doing any pushups!! You’ll need a pair of light-weight dumbbells, between 2 – 4kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weights by filling up large bottles with stones or water!
Interval: 45 secs work – 15 secs rest
Sequence: Repeat each circuit twice
Duration: 20 minutes
Circuit 1
1) L Squeeze – Shoulder Press
2) Dumbbell Row – Reverse Fly
3) Tricep Kickback – Bicep Curl
4) Weighted Punches
Circuit 2
1) Inchworm Pike Press
2) Superman Plank
3) Dolphin Plank
4) Side Plank Arm Rotation

Hi, I am following your workouts from last 1 month specially 10000 steps i love your workouts.
I am kidney transplant patient, In this workout I am not able to do side plank, how can i do it any tips? Please suggest something waiting for your reply:)
I have two different weight dumbells..one of 2 kilos and one of 2,5.can I use them by changing them between sets or this is wrong?If Anyone knows please help me.
I really liked this workout and I think would prefer a mix of both weights and body weight to work on upper body!

Day 9 and i've never been more proud of my self for not missing a single sesh in your 8-week program. And I honestly felt good about myself lately. My shorts have been fitting well and honesly, I've shredded some fats!!! I love you, coach!! More videos please. ❤️❤️

I liked the first circuit the best. The pike pushup and the dolphin plank were difficult for me!
