I have always had a curvy stomach. It's just how i Am built i gain weight in my stomach. I want to have nice flat stomach with good abs. I have always been so scared to add exercises because i am worried it will just add bulk to my stomach making it look bigger. Is that a myth? what would be good too slim down my stomach without adding more to my mid section? I am not overweight and i eat pretty decent. I would just love to know if my fear is silly and untrue haha

Hey Karina and Kartina!! I absolutely love you guys! You've helped me get my butt back in gear!! At 5'10" I was 179 lbs in late May and began my fitness/weight loss challenge to get back into shape. I'm not 158.5 lbs from working with you and working out on my own- hiking, running, biking, and other fun summer sports.
I'd love if you made some small changes, though-
Could you keep uploading videos? It seems like they all stopped coming onto your Youtube channel in early August. I miss your new workouts!! Please keep posting them!! Even if they're small. It would be so super appreciated.
