I can't believe you uploaded this at 3 in the morning?! Then again I remember when I was your age time really didn't mean anything. I would party after work til four or five. if you use a high incline on the treadmil would it be as good as stairs..and how high on cline should I use? I dont have stairs in my house or anywhere like that I can use the stairs…
