fake sugars, some dairy and some spices can bloat you. you can detox for 3 days and cut out dairy, spices, high sodium foods, processed foods and any chemicals. go natural if you can 🙂 -katrina

is canola oil the best type of oil for you? or is olive oil?
@blondchick4 I've read that coconut oil is superior but it seems to be higher in fat (good fat, yes) but I like to go with organic butter for baking 🙂

@blondchick4 coconut oil! 🙂 Believe it or not, the Saturated fat content in Coconut oil is very beneficial! 🙂
the best oil to cook with is canola oil because the properties of it are able to stand heat. Where as olive oil's chemical properties are different and the it changes chemical composition when heated making it toxic to some degree. in other words, cook with canola oil and leave the olive oil for salad dressings. 🙂
