Do you feel the cup while it’s in? I’ve always been curious to try- I hate the wet tampon strings, UGH and I think it’s much more environmentally friendly using the cup. I am nervous like you were though ..

Loved the video! I’ve been off birth control for 4 months now and I’ve never felt better! I lost 7 pounds within a few weeks of going off BC, my skin is clearer and I have more energy. Btw, love your YouTube channel and the LSF app! 💕

Love this video!!! The honesty and openness is so refreshing! I have been off of birth control for several years now and it was such a great decision!! I also needed to use an app to find out when my period was actually coming and it helped me to know when I was ovulating and to be more careful around those times (which I was not aware of before). It has regulated me out so much! My skin cleared up too! I didn't end up gaining or losing any additional weight but it did take some time for my body to adjust to the reduction in those additional hormones though. I'm still not sure about this menstrual cup thing….I understand that there is no waste and it's better for your body but it's just so large and up there! LOL – @_saragetsfit_lsf

I can’t be on birth control, I end up going crazy (I’ve since been sterilised).

I have HYPERthyroidism and Urticarial Vasculitis so my autoimmune issues are crazy stuff but it’s actually helped me want to get healthy so I guess they’re blessing in disguise!

You are so amazing and strong and are an inspiration!!

Omg thank you for this. I want to go off BC and do the copper IUD. I am scared because I’ve been on hormonal BC for like 15 years…and I am scared my breasts will shrink because they won’t have those extra hormones

I feel the exact same way about menstrual cups! I'm never going back to tampons

I had a full hysterectomy at 27 so it's been so so long since I came off BC. Lol Love these vids, you're keeping it real.

I got off of birth control in August, and have been following the guidelines laid out in Beyond the Pill by Dr. Jolene Brighten. I definitely feel the difference and it's so interesting to see how getting off of it affects other women.

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile because my hormones are all over the place

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. My husband and I went through some of the same struggles when I came off of it a couple of years ago 😂…. Just kidding, sorta. But I learned so much about my body when I started tracking and not just depending on the meds.

I want to get off the pill so bad, I truly feel zombie like everyday. Terrible brain fog…My boyfriend and I are so scared of getting pregnant though and still want to enjoy sex. I don’t know where to start.

I'm talking to my doctor next month about going off birth control. I've been researching a lot lately and these videos are so helpful! I'm probably going to try the Natural Cycles app, too, based on your recommendation. 😀 I've been using the Flex menstrual cup for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! I've always hated tampons but pads aren't much better, and the cup is the answer! It's definitely worth the initial investment.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I also made the decision almost a year ago, to xome off birth control. I had been using it to manage symptoms of endometriosis, but found CBD to be a gamechanger for me:) Been hormone free ever since! Well, except for my own "zesty" hormones;) Also, started using the Nixit a few cycles ago and love it. Except, I will NEVER use it during sex again! Ended up getting stuck to my cervical wall and needed to get it removed in ER with forceps!😳ER doc says this happens all the time with cups! Lol

Thank you again, Katie, for sharing your experience and partnering with Natural Cycles. I consulted my doctor and she said that this is a good next step for me to try. I talked to my husband, and we agreed to pay for Natural Cycles monthly to see if it works for me/us. Even paying monthly, I used your promo code and am getting a free thermometer! I know $15 isn't much, but every bit helps! I'm excited and nervous to go off birth control. I'm finishing my last pill packet this Friday. If you're reading this, please send good vibes and prayers that my mood swings don't scare away my loved ones as my body heals. ☺

🤣🤣🤣 I love your personality and your lover’s reaction to you getting off birth control is hilarious. He was trying to quit the natural journey because he couldn’t deal with the mood swings. I’d love to see an update.
