doing this for a week. i have a not-so-small waist and my butt is flat so i'm gonna try this and see for my results.
day 1: did it and it was pretty hard. i sweated a lot so i had to wait for a while before going to take a bath.
day 2: I did it. my stomach and butt hurts so much.
