This workout was definetly intense, it killed my abs. I am on day 10 of the beginners cal. & i could not do the ones where u balance on your butt and extend your legs. It hurt my back. I guess my core is not strong enough yet or my fat thighs are too heavy to hold up! ha

Your Videos are really cool. I'm from Germany and on each day, when I don't have a sporty Hobby or school sport I do your beginner's calendar and the 30 days flat abs challenge. I'm on day 10 now. I love it 🙂
This is so difficult for a beginner, it's a bit discouraging. It's the only one from the beginners' calendar that I really haven't been able to do. I think the pace is part of it, the transition between each move is so fast!
Very hard day for me with this in combination with balancing [which will never be my strong suit] but at least I'm finally learning from all the videos she has us do how to modify things to fit ourselves better. Day 10 done! 🙂

i felt as though this was the end of my world…day 10 of beginners workout, and i guess i only followed 10~30% of the moves! i can't even do the first move! the abs exercises killed me as well
Day 10 done… this seriously killed my abs but it made me notice how much I've improved! I would've never have been able to do even the first two moves in this at day 1 (when even the easy abs moves felt impossible). I mostly have trouble with my legs in these but I've been pairing everything with her stretching video and already feel my legs loosening up a bit!
It's crazy how much my abs are screaming right now. I'm stunned to have finished this one- it damn sure wasn't as pretty or graceful as Cassey, but at least it's marked off my calendar. Goodbye, day ten!

Day 10 done… I did day nine two days ago and my ribs and neck still hurt, even though I had a rest day yesterday :/
I could do it all, abs were burning, triceps were burning, but I did it.
I'll admit I had a really hard time with some of these. I don't have a strong enough core yet to hold myself up at the first abs part. I also had a pretty badly sprained big toe a little over a month ago so I can't do things like the plank or the cobra push ups on my toes. Doctor said it could take around 3 month to heal properly since toes are used so much, so I had to modify some of the moves for myself.
I DID IT TWICE!! i had to stop a few times and i almost threw up once but i did it and im so happy!!
I remember doing ABC abs at day 2. I mean, wow, I'm getting better :3
OMG my body is hurting so bad >_< but day 10 is done! Never do pilates and taebo at the same time. Never!

i first tried this video a year ago and failed badly..now, i feel so much stronger!! i could do 90% of the moves now! cant wait to fully finish everything

Holy CRAP, she is the queen of packing that much pain into 5 minutes. EXCELLENT. I feel way more with these workouts than I did with the Bikini Body Guide.

This was great. Had to use a few modifications and collapsed a couple of times but I'm doing so much better than I was a when I started pilates a couple of weeks ago. So happy 😀

For most of this video I was on my mat staring at the ceiling, thinking about all the junk food that brought me here. Day 10 done ☑️
The year is 2019. I took a long break from Blogilates (like maybe a year) and decided to restart with the original beginner calendar. It’s kind of fun to go through the “vintage” Pop Pilates videos. It’d be kinda cool to see Cassey redo some of them—like, same moves and maybe same songs if YouTube won’t kill the sound like it did with the Saddlebag Shaver workout. Just for nostalgia’s sake.

Wow. I'm gonna be so proud of myself when I'll finish this without stopping or making the exercises easier to do.
I couldn't do a lot of the arm stuff, and some of the ab exercises went too fast. I guess we will be better next time we do it?
