We are working on that upper body today with a back and triceps workout. We’ll be using dumbbells for resistance to help build muscle, tighten and tone. We can’t spot reduce but we can target the back and tricep muscles with these upper body exercises. Let’s do it team!!

3 back + tricep circuits (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each)

Great workout Heather – loved the burn.
But plz follow the same series with other muscle combos like – Chest + shoulder and Bicep + Legs. Would be great to follow a more advanced split workouts like this one.
