I'm in. Â My goals are as follows:
1. Lose about 10 -15 lbs in the 30 day period.
2. Drink more water
3. Sleep 6-8 hours a day, and only nap if really needed
4. Be proactive about getting things done, and plan ahead instead of procrastinating and placing a lot of stress on myself as a student.
Okay im in!! FFF. I Have been motivated to lose more pounds and now i have more people to have a lil fun with!!!Â
I wish I could lose the weight, but I'm pregnant, so I have to "weight" for the new year for this challenge. I eat right for my baby, but hardcore diet & exceed use is out.

I actually mixed the Tiffany Rothe Beautiful Booty Workout with some other Workouts yesterday for a 51 minutes total workout. Toward the end of that Booty Workout, boy was my backside screaming! So of course, you know I have to do it again today (LOL).
I'm like 5 days off but either way I gained weight and I need to lose 25 pounds to be at an ideal weight. I'm doing a 4 month challenge with some friends and family. We already went through a plan and everything. Losing at least 10 pounds this month would be super great!
