I really needed this. Thank you Tiffany, you're such a inspirational soul and a beautiful woman inside-out. Hey Tiffany, I have a problem and I would really like you to help, as a Muslim its required to fast during the month of Ramadan. I won't be eating from the hours of 3:00am to 9:30pm, it's hard to excercise whilst fasting, can you suggest something? Thank you

you can do light workouts, try the sweet sensations seated workouts, and stretch and meditation workout.

Thanks for the reminder Tiffany! I need your opinion about this as I'm freaking out!! the other day I saw these girls at the gym (who came back after 2 years stop) and they used to lift(i lift for years nw!) they looked horrific n flabby n all over the place (though they nvr gained weight, just droopy u know). It's frightened me that one day i might end up like that if i stopped workingout for wtvr reason! how to prevent it, hw to shift to body weight
how can i shift from weights to body weight

I would like to ask you.. How can i shape my body and get nice hip and butt without get thinner? Once i start stick to excercise i loose wight.. All the trainers speak to those over weight ppl ang the best tips to loose wight.. But for me idunno the best excercise for me . I have nice shape from front but with tummy and no butt and it shows badly when i wear tight gowns..

yeah and when you do that you focusing on positive talk however you are still feel tired because of the inner dialog and so on the dialog it keeps coming up and nothing changed.
