This was exactly what I needed to hear Tiffany. I am many many yrs older than you and you have been my fitness role model business woman. I am 58, with sometimes debilitating health issues with a huge dream of helping women over 55 with lifestyle changes. We still have value and life in us. I workout with you as much as my health allows but I keep coming back because of my dreams. So quietly, you have been in my circle of 5. Love you!
