Tiffany I wish you the best on your 30 days plant based challenge. I did 120 days about four years ago. All I will say is be careful of the amount of carbs and sugars when preparing your plant based meals. Many of the vegan receipts are very hign in sugar and even when it comes to fruits. I would suggest eating the fruits that are the lowest in sugar as well. Wishing you the best and great content as always. Keep doing what you do I think you are awesome!

Hello Tiffany, I'm so happy to see this. I became a vegetarian in my late teens, many, many years ago and I've been vegan for over 10 years now. There are now so many excellent websites with great, healthy recipes and so many great plant based foods available. You got this!

You mean "plant based" because it's not about the animals.

I couldn’t go straight vegan. I’ve been slowly changing my diet for the last 5 years or so. I am the point that I eat chicken and eggs. Sometimes I eat sardines for the omega.

I try to eat lowcarb, it is boring but keeps me lean. Good luck, I will be following your progress.

That's great news! :D!!! I'm so happy for you! Since going (whole plant based) vegan I got rid of pain in my feet. 1 TBS of ground flax seeds daily provides omega 3 and reduces inflammation in the body. Usually, we consume too much refined fat.
Be careful with vegan cheese. It contains a lot of coconut oil which is comparable to saturated fat in animal products.

I’ve been plant based for four and a half years. It’s an amazing journey for me at 59 years old. Fitness instructor, Great grandmother. Feel and look the best ever. UK 🇬🇧

Also I recently learned flax & chia must be ground so your colon can absorb the nutrients (omega 3).
