Good morning Tiffany! I love your work outs. Girl FRIEND!!! Did you show out or what!?? Don't be fooled by being in a hotel room… this workout was more Intense than I expected! Kicked Butt!!! You really brought it! Thanks for being transparent. I tell my patients that I don't always "want" to work out. I do something (minimum 10 minutes) everyday. I try to make sure I really work it on my days off. Thanks again for this great example of NO EXCUSES!! God bless you and your family above and beyond your expectations!!

This is great for me. Im out of shape and not comfortable enough to go to the gym, I live in a small aprtment with no equipment and this got me sweaty and feeling like I did a good work out 🙂
