Good morning Tiffany! I love your work outs. Girl FRIEND!!! Did you show out or what!?? Don't be fooled by being in a hotel room… this workout was more Intense than I expected! Kicked Butt!!! You really brought it! Thanks for being transparent. I tell my patients that I don't always "want" to work out. I do something (minimum 10 minutes) everyday. I try to make sure I really work it on my days off. Thanks again for this great example of NO EXCUSES!! God bless you and your family above and beyond your expectations!!

estoy a full time con tus rutinas tiffanny. M e encanta que utilices elementos que están al alcance de todos como botellas de agua o toallas y poder ejercitar con ellos para mejores resultados…….Si uno quiere puede no hay excusas para no ejercitarse

OMgoodness…it was a struggle, but I finished! I wasn't feeling well last week, so it was hard getting back into the groove, but loved it…a little fast, but I did the best I could. Thank you!

This is great for me. Im out of shape and not comfortable enough to go to the gym, I live in a small aprtment with no equipment and this got me sweaty and feeling like I did a good work out 🙂
