It’s time to break a sweat! This 45-minute workout from celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who trains Pink and Alicia Keys, will help you burn up to 500 calories. How, you might ask? Because Jeanette keeps you moving the entire time! It’s a wonderfully intense workout, but we offer modifications for all the moves too. 340 calories pour moi en ayant fait la séance entièrement. Ca travaille c'est clair mais un peu optimiste quant aux calories perdues.
Sometimes I slow the video down to .75 or .5 to be able to make all the moves xD cuz I hate missing one or two kicks here and there

Im 5ft 2in, 146lbs. Complete the exercises mostly in moderate with a jump where I can. Fitbit Charge constantly records burn around 355-375 calories each workout.

I'm about to try this for a month! I started doing this workout 28th December and i will see if i get any changes untill 28th January. I will try to do this everyday i can but i know i won't be able to do this every day buy yeah.
