In this series I take you through a day of my IIFYM style of eating. Although I don’t count my macros specifically, I estimate my calorie consumption each day and eat whatever I want as long as it fits my dietary requirements. I am currently bulking and so this largely consists of eating as much food as possible! If you like food porn, you’ve come to the right place.

Matt what do you mean "new workout." I swear I saw a whole group of people doing the melon workout when I was touring a cross fit gym. I thought it was the pre-work out, warm up. So I didn't think too much about it. lol
