Omar!! When i come to my main heavy conventional deadlift set, like 5rm or 6rm, i feel my lower back is not perfectly neutral (slightly rounding) although no problem at warm up sets. I think maintaining flat back in heavy conventional deadlift is extreamly difficult. Should i do sumo or trap bar?
I've been watching your content for years now and I have to give you props on how professionally and perfectly you describe, explain, and organize this entire video's dialogue. Great job, Omar. Your content is always fantastic but this one is a whole new level.

If you are having problems getting into a strong deadlift position, consider:
1) Opening your hips (by pushing knees out)
2) Rotate your feet outwards slightly
3) Select a slightly wider stance
A stronger start position= a stronger finish. Who's liking these tip videos?
I have the same socks!
