Biceps training a bit stale? Try fusing heavy weight with high volume in this brutal superset! The heavy weight during seated curls will shred your biceps priming them for even more micro-tears with the added volume from the standing wide-grip curls.
It’s simple methods like these that have stood the test of time when it comes to increasing the intensity of your training. No need to reinvent the wheel with new exercises. Just stick to variations of the basics and be sure to refuel after training with BSN SYNTHA-6 protein! The best tasting protein on the market!

Scott!! I was just thinking about you today wondering when a new video was gonna show! I was wondering if you could make a series where personally I’d be so interested in watching. What about a feel series, obviously there are stages of how one learns (i.e. visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) but how about explaining what the feel of the movement should be so we get the best possible contraction for the exercise we are doing. For example, pull ups. Should there be a muscle group that I feel contract first to start the pull up? Following that, when I contract at the top, should I be feeling a certain contraction in the back? This may be such a throw it out there idea but I’ve been thinking a lot about this at the gym lately and have been talking about it amongst my Physical Therapy colleagues. You’re awesome Scott! Will definitely try this superset!
Yeah, my biceps ah stub un!😅
20 years deep and dude has visibly created more wealth than fitness results
Thanks man. I’ll try this on my next bicep day
BSN is GARBAGCH! BSN is well known for amino spiking and low quality protein and this workouts will not grow your biceps…if you don't think so just look at scats biccsapps they clearly don't work 😆
