I saw a pic of myself from 2 years ago and my back looked much better than it does now. I realise after watching this video again its because my rear delts were developed back then because I used to do pull ups wrong and now it seems my rear delts have atrophied

Generally your content is pretty good, but I disagree with this. AthleanX/Jeff Cavaliere explains why this doesn't target the posterior delts.

The top of your wrist should line up with the top of your shoulder, or even slightly higher. In the video, his hands are below his shoulders.
