people bulk so they get high bodyfat which can be then transformed into muscle.
Is it just me or does Omar seem drunk? 🤔🤔🤔
I'm gonna make you my little bitch

Haha # over 20% bodyfat #peachboy
More home calf training workouts
thanks for the knowledge Omar!
This is a really good video. I like the message it sends that we can always learn more than we think and the ego will always make us think we're more than we are. Last thing I'll add is I have never understood why people care so much about an exact BF%. It doesn't fucking matter. LOL
It’s not that important. As long as you can see your d*ck when you pee, and you are healthy, bf % is meaningless. Spend more time making money and being financially secure.
Bros slide in the DMs asking what u think their body fat percentage is bruh 😂😂😂😂😂 that's funny af an sorta gay.
Everyone should get familiar with the supercompensation processes of training- for any athlete that is. The problem is, is that everyone has there heads up there ass with youtube, bullshit channels, t-nation and so forth. More than 80% of fitness channels don't have any accreditation or education based around sports science, or kinesiology related. Too many people are anal about someone who they will never be. Lift weights, read some real knowledge based stuff (academically proven, med journals, and so forth.) Or here is another thought: go to a seminar involving someone who has years of experience in whatever fitness aspirations you have, who can back it up, who has actually partaken in the sport. You might actually learn something valuable!
Thanks for being so real with everyone!
You’re awesome!
Staying humble is so important when lifting.
There is more omar than the last time is was here.
Pro tip for body fat percentage. Sign up for bodywhat
It’s funny when I see fat fucks saying they’re at 5% body fat when you can’t even see the separation on their muscles
Illusory superiority, I see it everyday. Broadly speaking, toxic masculinity has become a serious problem. And bros think 3 sets on the leg extension every 2 weeks is leg day…
I had hoped this was a bench video, I miss those. Anyway, love the video. Keep it up!
I love this, Omar. You never know everything, always keep learning!
Why do so many people crave tool like they havent eaten in months anyway? When did emaciated become healthy? In reality it isn’t, even if it hurts some ripped bro’s feelings.
Anyone who is offended by Omar's words are guilty of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Even the top notch best in the world don't even know everything, but they admit it and are open to learning new things all the time. So if you take offense to this guy's words, then I think you should sit down and reevaluate yourself…big time…
My gym teacher back in 11th grade told us benching with your feet up is better, and the best way to do lateral raises is to stand as upright as possible with your arms locked out straight during the movement….but the one that takes the cake was his idea that Whey Protein is similar to steroids…boy he was a fucking dumbass
Calling out Blaha
"Be humble, keep your ears open, and we'll all learn something along the way."
This should be your new closing/outro phrase. Well said.
You said really high repetitions causes a lot of hypertrophy. By this, did you mean a lot relative to what you use to think, but roughly the same as the lower rep ranges when controlled for amount of sets?
Bro, what’s this song? Lol
