Time for a thighs and Booty Bootcamp my friends!! This slimming and toning workout is designed to target the glutes and the thighs. We are breaking it out into 3 sections starting with glute activation using a mini band (if you don’t have one just do the movements with your bodyweight!) Then we’ll move into strength training with dumbbells to help build strong, lean muscle then to wrap it up we will sneak in a quick cardio burst at the end for an added fat burn. Oww oww!!

Workout Breakdown: Circuit 1: Mini Band Glute Activation 30s work + 10s rest x1 round
Circuit 2: Toning with Dumbbells 40s work + 20s rest x3 sets
Circuit 3: Fat burning Cardio 40s work + 20s rest x1 round
Stretch + Cool Down
