You need do the workouts every other day or every three days let body rest make sure drinking water like a fish don't stop eating but watch what u eat I'm doing military diet it has very fast results

one of the best workouts for thighs and hips. I tried them for a couple of months and saw a huge difference. my legs, thighs and hips got really toned. would definitely recommend this one
