Hi rob, Happy New Year 🙂
is there a benefit in volume day when cutting or just stick to low rep ranges(in the compound movements) as the muscle will not be lost even if 2/3rds of the volume goes?

In your opinion, what's the best training split for someone who's starting out to put on a solid foundation of muscle? Should it be based around compound movements? And what's the best rep schemes to put on strength and mass at the same time?

Hey Rob, came across your channel a while ago and loved your content, I've seen your previous video where you give out tips to other teens who are training but i was wondering what tip could you give for a lagging muscle? I've been training for 2 years now (now 17) and have increased strength on the basic compound workouts no prob, same goes with size but when it comes to bench and getting a big chest, im just finding it difficult. Any tips? Thanks.

Unrelated to this video Rob, but I'm looking for a motivational/self help book to read, if you could recommend one that you have read and that helped you set and achieve goals that would be great
Cheers

How much you earning then Rob? Based on what you said.. the average office job worker is on around 350-400 a week. 5 x that is 1400-1600 a week. Around 6000 a month?
I guess your income varies depending on views.. but if your making around that a month you could save 50k in no time and im sure most banks would give you a mortgage with that sort of deposit.
