FYI ANYTHING YOU THINK YOU MISS WITH "THE CAMERAMAN (aka Paul) INTERRUPTING" IS REPEATED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS – YOU MISS NOTHING AT ALL! These videos would not be as entertaining if he wasn't keeping me animated & actually helps me get through these sessions by creating levity! He is an Evil bugger but lets not pick on him 🙂
ALSO THIS WAS THE FIRST SESSION ON MY FEET AND HAVE REHAB TO DO BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE THE INITIAL CAUSE (flat foot, bad ankles, poor mechanics etc) OF THE PROBLEM IS ALSO FIXED AND THE RESULT MAINTAINED….. IF WE DON'T FIX THE CAUSE THE ISSUE SIMPLY RETURNS OVER TIME.
He has nice arms. Those hugs would be great. I'm so glad I have healthy arches.

I had bunion surgery when I was in my twenties and both feet it was a hereditary thing and it was horrible I mean it solved the problem but getting that kind of surgery on your feet it affects you for a long time.
Definitely not as painful as having bunions your whole life though

Why didn’t the guy coach you to breathe while he was hitting those spots in your foot? You holding your breath is probably a limiting factor on amount of fascial “let go” you can get – just my opinion. Also a beastie bar is a way better tool for the bottoms of feet than a golf ball. A small rubber ball from a $0.25 machine is “ok”

seeing such a strong grown man get so much pain in their feet just frightens me on how painful this procedure would be if it was done on a normal person or me

After a couple decades building bridges I started fixing all the injuries I ignored as a young man. Thought I finally had a handle on the 1 to 10 pain scale. I was wrong. Twice. I watched this because my flat feet are next! Yay relief!

I was injured a few years back and on crutches for months. After I started physio I developed plantar fasciitis and I guess my PT did something like this. I was on my stomach so I couldn't see but it was definitely him digging his thumbs into the bottom of my feet. When he finished the sweat was just dripping off me. However, feet never felt better and the physio became a lot easier.
