Polish bodybuilding champion and personal trainer Michał Karmowski, his defect is a broken center of the chest trailer.
It may not be aesthetically pleasing to anyone, but it is a wish for everyone to be able to overcome the shame and their own weaknesses to accept irreversible and move forward.

At 3:00 when the doctor asked what had happened to his chest he answered he didn't remember any "drastic" incident but later during medical examination doc said that the tendon was ruptured. As a treatment doc offered hyaluronic acid injections or chest implant but Michał Karnowski didn't agree because as a bodybuilder he recognizes implants as a cheat. At the end he decided to resign from pro BB.
BTW he is very friendly, well mannered man.

He is still in better shape than 99% of us. He was probably born with sternum this way. . I wouldn't call it a deformity on a body like his.

maybe a combination of steroids and heavy bench pressing espacially steroid cause it can lead to nerve damages
