By 2:30mins I wanted to kill myself. Luckily you posted a 3:23mins as the pinned. Let's hope when I go to that there's actual value.

How about how to recover in time for hitting deadlift over 500LB four times a week. It seems physiologically impossible. Even super physiological, difficult.

I'm currently at 235 lbs for 5 reps, and I've been training for about an year now.
As a natural, how long will it take to get to a 1 rep max of 700?

I go months sometimes without deadlifting, but I do heavy squats and back workouts in the meantime, and when I come back to deadlift I almost always hit a pr.

cut out lat work… nah. I'd rather LOOK like I can deadlift 700lb than actually lift it, to be honest.

I get a lower back pain when doing conventional deadlifts, so I do sumo now. But can anyone please let me know about possible reasons to why I get that pain?

Wasn’t activating my lats as much as I thought which lead to losing tightness or weak lats entirely. I’ve been throwing in weighted chin-ups & pull-ups in an effort to strengthen them. Fatigue management & frequency are my priorities. Been steadily climbing into the 520s
